Job description:
The daily works:
- Exactly update the proceeds the bank, cash, sales pos into the acing system.
- To ensure that all transactions arising in the day are ly and accurately recorded into the acing system.
- Comparing data, combining with related departments to check receivables for exact value and time according to valid documents, contracts and agreements signed with customers.
- Provide warnings about receivables if there are problems that are not as prescribed.
The jobs arise every week / month
- To be responsible for periodically preparing the debt report to be collected to the Manager.
- On Monday every week send a list of acs receivable to related departments to urge debt
- Comparing the data collected in the acing system to ensure timely and accurate
- Quarterly, compare and certify with customers
- Track and perform the debt classification
- Regularly update tax regulations and guidelines to be applied to appropriate debt acing.
- Perform other jobs assigned by the Manager
Job requirements:
- Graduated regular university or higher major in acing
- Having experience of 3 years or more in the position of debt acant
- Experience as an acant in service providers.
- Agility, honesty, proactive at work.
- Ability to solve problems, work independently and coordinate teamwork.
- Ability to synthesize, analyze data, do many things at the same time.
- Have a high sense of responsibility, flexibility and a spirit of learning.
- Mastering and understanding acing standards, Law on acing, Law on tax administration, documents related to acing, tax ...
- Good use of acing software, computers and other office tools.
